Hello Shabazz Family!
My name is Nathan O’Shaughnessy and I am delighted and honored to become the new Principal at Malcolm Shabazz City High School. I am thrilled to join this learning family that is steeped in positive relationships – and one that is committed to equity and access for all students. We are here to help scholars reach their goals for college, career and community. Additionally, I’m honored to join a talented and hard-working staff of educators deeply committed to helping students achieve their potential, and I’m quite excited to “come home” to MMSD.

The Madison Metropolitan School District is the second largest school district in Wisconsin and serves over 27,000 students in 52 schools. The district covers approximately 74 square miles including all or part of the cities of Madison and Fitchburg.
