Do you have an aptitude for high school mathematics? We need you to make a difference in a teen's life. Math tutoring

What:

We are looking for volunteers to come into lead teacher Jeff Evert's Math study class. You would work directly 1:1 with students to give them individual assistance in understanding math concepts up to geometry skills.

When:

The class meets daily from 2:25-3:15 Tuesday-Friday and we could use your help every day or as often as you can.

Beginning second semester (January 29) and continuing through early June. If you can’t commit to a semester, we would appreciate a 8-9 week commitment to enable a better learning relationship.

Interested people will need to complete a background check and fill out a Madison Metropolitan School District volunteer form before you start.  Visit the Volunteer Resources website page for all required forms.

Alumni will need to have graduated at least two years ago to volunteer.
